Janet responde - La palabra “let” generalmente significa dejar o permitir algo.
I don’t let my children play outside at night.
(No dejo que mis niños juegen afuera en la noche.)
También usamos “let’s” para sugerir algo.
“Let’s go to the movie theater this weekend.”
(Vayamos al cine este fin de semana.)
What should we have for dinner tonight? - Let's have chicken.
